Nurtured Soul Wellness, LLC provides non-medical cosmetic esthetic and( electrology services- coming soon) performed by appropriately licensed California practitioners.

• Cosmetic Skin Care Services
  Services may include skin surface–level cosmetic sessions such as cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, extractions, cosmetic peels, cosmetic LED application, and topical product use, all within the cosmetic scope defined by California regulation.

• Electrolysis Services
  Electrolysis is provided for the purpose of permanent hair removal in accordance with California electrology regulations.

• Non-Medical Nature of Services
  All services are cosmetic in nature and do not diagnose, treat, manage, or address medical conditions. Services are not healthcare services and do not replace medical evaluation or treatment.

3. Guest Responsibilities & Service Boundaries

Guests agree to provide accurate information relevant to cosmetic services, including preferences and surface sensitivities, as voluntarily disclosed.

The Company reserves the right to modify or decline a service if it falls outside the Company’s professional scope, scheduled parameters, or operational policies.

4. Consent, Variability, & Assumption of Risk

Prior to receiving services, guests are required to complete consent and intake forms.

You acknowledge that:

• No specific outcome is guaranteed

• Participation in cosmetic services involves inherent risks

By proceeding, you voluntarily assume responsibility for participation in services within this cosmetic context.

5. Insurance & Documentation

Nurtured Soul Wellness, LLC does not participate in insurance billing.

Any documentation provided, including service summaries, is for personal records only.

This does not prevent either party from pursuing claims in small claims court where applicable.

This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
